Site of Morgantown given, along with boundaries and owners of land along the south side of a line running northeast for the mouth of Decker's Creek to Cheat river, and along the west side of the Monongahela River in Cass district to the Pennsylvania line; located are Jackson's iron works, site of Jackson ore digging, Pleasant Furnace, Ice's Ferry, poor house, and roads; some owners' names given are: John Davis, Thomas Evans, Jarrett, Andrew Ice, Jenkins, Jesse and William Bayles, John Tibbs, Hess, G. Cunningham, Charles Byrne, Pindall, Ridgway, Marten, C. Garlow, Neal, Reader, and others.
