Abstract
Myriam Waisberg (1911- ). Chilean architectural historian. This collection contains a number of publications, research papers, books and articles written by Waisberg during her career in Chile. Most of her work is dedicated to religious architecture next hit in the cities of Santiago and Valparaiso in Chile and her work with the University of Chile.

Biographical

Myriam Waisberg was born in Argentina, but moved to Chile at the age of 8. She received her degree in previous hitarchitecture next hit from the University of Chile (1950). Upon attaining her degree she helped to found the Department of previous hitArchitecture next hit History and Theory at the University of Chile. She has worked in both the Santiago and Valparaiso locations of the University. Her research focus includes Chilean Architectural History and the religious previous hitarchitecture next hit in the cities of Santiago and Valparaiso in Chile.

In 1992, she was awarded a Gold Medal by the Association of architects of Chile in recognition of her professional performance in the Valparaiso region.

Scope and Content Note

Architect of Chile and professor of previous hitarchitecture next hit at the University of Chile in Santiago since 1951. Materials consist of numerous articles and booklets written by her about topics in the history of previous hitarchitecture next hit (particularly religious previous hitarchitecture next hit) in Chile and the previous hitarchitecture next hit program at the University of Chile. Also includes a lengthy curriculum vitae describing her academic and architectural works and writings.
