BLOUSE Color: navy blue/ black lining Material: [wool blend] [satin] black lining Manufacturer: Blacksburg VA: Virginia Polytechnic Institute Uniform Department Condition: Snags on the collar where pins had been. Seams and stitching slightly unraveling around collar. Holes under the black strip on both sleeves where [bottom] [chord holder] had been. Special Markings: Thick black outline ribbing down the center, around the bottom, around the collar, along the bottom of sleeve and two extended up the back almost to the top. black plastic buttons on the right, hook on left. US ROTC shield on left sleeve, light blue lettering on navy blue background. Back plastic button on inside back of collar, gold strip around bottom right sleeve. Label : {Damin R.] [William S. Nann] marked out in blue ink, [Hyde] black ink. TROUSERS Color: blue gray Material: off white [cotton] lining around waist and for pockets [wool blend] Manufacture: Blacksburg VA: Virginia Polytechnic Institute Uniform Department Condition: 1" diameter mended hole in the cuff/hem of the left leg, small hole at the top of the right leg below the buttons. Ink stain on the inside right pocket lining. Small mendings around the waist and lining has yellowed. Special Markings: Thick black strip down the side of each leg. Black plastic buttons, hook at waist. Label reads {Bloom R?] [in blue ink] faded 32-30-39 in black ink
