Samuel Herbert Knick (1886-1914) was a native of Rockbridge County, Virginia. The S. H. Knick Collection consists of a Virginia Polytechnic Institute handbook of 1905-1906 and a letter and a post card from Knick to his brother, W. Hampton Knick.

Biographical Note

Samuel Herbert Knick (1886-1914) of Rockbridge County, Virginia, was the son of Samuel M. and Mary A. Knick. He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and then he worked as a mail clerk and a farmer. Knick died from drowning and is buried in Collierstown Presbyterian Cemetery, Collierstown, Virginia.
