The processing, arrangement, and description of the Confederate States of America, War Department, Account Sheets was completed prior to 2010. Additional description was completed in November 2010.

Biographical Note

E. W. Hubard was in the 4th Virginia Calvary or the 6th Virginia Calvary. No further information was found on L. W. Hastings.

Scope and Content

Two account statements each for costs of travel of E.W. Hubard and L.W. Hastings completed in 1864. Both are signed by James A. Sedden, Secretary of War for the Confederacy in the Civil War.
