This holding was purchased on June 24, 1991.
In this letter to Jim Hiner, [Minneapolis ?], while trying to raise money to send to an old friend, Conrad Moricand, at the Hotel de Famille, Vevey, Canton de Vaud, Switzerland, who was in desparate need of money to emigrate, Henry Miller, Big Sur, appeals to his friend Hiner to advance him some money for watercolors painted by himself along the lines of their previous arrangement and to wire the money to Moricand.
