Ledger, 1838-1852 and financial records, 1828 to circa 1853 of the Graham family of Bath County, Virginia. The ledger contains
entries concerning the threshing and delivery of wheat, oats, and rye. The inner leather cover of the ledger records deaths
in the Graham family for the years 1837-1848. Family members listed include Christopher Graham, Jane Graham, A. Graham, and
G. Graham. The collection also contains 51 other documents, mainly notes and receipts dealing with Thomas Graham. These
documents, dating mainly from 1828 to 1853, deal with topics such as threshing wheat, dressing sheep skins, and making shoes.
Other items of interest include a receipt for tickets sent to Richmond, a note including samples of sand paper, and the 1894
will of Elizabeth Graham. In her will, Elizabeth Graham bequeaths items to a number of her sons and daughters, including John
Graham, Mary Bradshaw, Franklin P. Graham, Samantha Ann Hicklin, George Graham, David Graham, William Roft Graham, Elizabeth
Hamilton, Archie Graham, and Charlie Henry Graham.
