Boyd sends a war tale and acknowledges that it is longer than Bridges wanted. He hopes it is worth more than he offered. He is waiting to hear what Bridges thinks of it.
Bridges says there is no doubt about Humoresque . He likes the characterization and is glad to have it for the magazine. He will pay $400.
