Acquisition Information

This addition to the Great War Collection was given to the University of Virginia Library by Scott Derks, South Carolina Marketing Manager, Nations Bank, Columbia, South Carolina, on August 30, 1996.

Scope and Content Information

The collection consists of two items, ca. 1918: a woman's Red Cross headband bearing the words, "Roll Call"; and a brass pin shaped like a military decoration with a heart suspended on it with the words, "Sweetheart in Service."
