Scope and Content Information
This addition to the Joseph M. Bruccoli Great War Collection consists of a brass pin, ca. 1914, bearing the legend, "Volunteered for Active Service Medically Unfit," issued by the Australian Department of Defense to Cyril William Norris (1893-1970). The pin also bears the Australian national seal featuring a kangaroo and an emu.
