[Sinclair thanks his friend for his suggestions concerning the book Mental Radio , a book describing a series of experiments in telepathy made by Sinclair and his wife, Mary Craig , which features 210 examples of partial and complete successes. He declines to publish anything by another person in the book except for the introduction which is to be done by Duke University Professor William McDougall , an expert in parapsychology.
