A one page copy of a typescript, "Approximate General Statement as to holdings of John Nuttall Estate", describing the coal and timber lands in Fayette and Nicholas counties, income from, taxes on, and branch railroads owned by the estate.

A six page copy of a typescript giving biographical information about John Nuttall, and his development of coal properties in the Keeney's Creek Section. This article was written by John Nuttall, grandson of the first John Nuttall and son of Lawrence William Nuttall.
