Abstract
Twelve French and twenty-four American posters promoting recruitment and financial support of their respective countries'
efforts during World War I. American posters document recruitment, and the campaigns for the Liberty Bond, Victory Liberty
Loan, and the United War Work Campaign, the latter supporting organizations such as the American Library Association, YMCA,
and the YWCA, among others.
