Collection contains material pertaining to Effie Lucille Ramsey (1921-2006), sister of former West Virginia University professor Betty Lou Ramsey. Includes printed ephemera and programs from Lucille's time at Belington High School and Alderson-Broaddus College (now University). Also includes some of her grades and grade completion certificates from elementary school through college, as well as other miscellaneous items.
