at West Virginia Air Pollution Control Commission Hearing on Regulation X (11/10/1977); 2) Testimony on proposed changes in
Regulation "X" by the West Virginia Air Pollution Control Commission (11/10/1977); and 3) Proposed changes in Regulation X:
"To Prevent and Control Air Pollution from the Emission of Sulfur Oxides" and State of West Virginia Implementation Plan (11/10/1977).
The West Virginia Citizens Action Group was involved with this issue.
