Scope and Contents

The Robins and Gates Record of Account includes accounts and cases ranging about the state (Montgomery, Clear Creek, Milton, Orange, Jackson, Vermillion, Mansfield), as indexed in the rear, and with brief descriptions at the front of the book as to the kind of legal services rendered (or the legal issues being tested - gaming, bastardy, deeds, pension papers, for trespass, for killing a dog, tavern license, patent papers, etc.).
