These collections were originally part of a group of various Virginia items dating from 1888 to 1944, including the Bob Goodman scrapbook, a Dabney Stewart Lancaster guestbook, Virginia and Confederate States of America currency; a Mary Ella Parker Berkeley carte-de-visite; a G. F. Holland letter, Justus E. Glick letter, a Samuel Hannah letter; a printed menu card from the Southern Philatelic Association convention; and a printed broadside, captioned "Private stock" humorously describing labeling a bottle of alcohol.
