Henry County (Va.) List of subscribers for building a new Baptist church near Leatherwood Store, undated. The record contains the names of 66 people who pledged to help pay for construction of a new Baptist church, and a list of articles concerning the planned building. The articles stipulate that the church should be a frame construction, 52 feet by 32 feet, and that it should be open to use by both parties to a schism among local Baptists, i.e., the Old Leatherwood Baptist Church and the Missionary Baptist Church.
