Letter, dated 26 July 1810, from Richard P. Camp (d. ca. 1816) of Caroline County, Virginia, to Lawrence Taliaferro Dade (1785-1842) of Orange County, Virginia. Camp writes that he intends to sell one of his slaves in order to repay a debt he owes Dade and asks him to meet at Caroline August Court. This accession is a part of the Caroline County Circuit Court records.
