Deed of emancipation by Samuel Overton of Hanover County, Virginia, for Marcia Smith Overton and John Willis, children of Betty Kinney. The deed was dated 5 April 1806 and was recorded in Henrico County, Virginia, on 7 April 1806. This deed can be found in Henrico County Deed Book 7, 1803-1806, pp. 442-443.
