Noland and Baskervill were a Richmond based architectural firm known for their classical style.
Scope and Content
Plan shows outline of foundation walls. Indicates how grading is to be done. Short posts are to show about 6" or 8" above grass to indicate original plan of building with connecting portion. Positions on plat are approximate, "the correct positions will be furnished by the local chapter of the A*ssociation for the P{reservation of} V{irginia} A{ntiquities}." Has cross-section drawings showing drains. Ink with watercolor wash.
