Leaves his wife, Lucy, his land and other estate during her lifetime. At her death, lea ves eldest son, Benjamin, house and land, other estate and slaves to be divided among remaining children, John, Edward and William. Ap points Robert Armistead, John Patrick and Lucy Wright executors. Witnessed by Robert and Susan Stacy; probated in York County. Robert Armistead and John Patrick refusing to serve as executors, Lucy Wright will serve, with Edward Patrick and Robert Manson as sureties. Witnessed by R{obert} H{all} Waller. Copy m ade by Samuel Sheild.
