Commission appoints William Eppes, Nathaniel Harrison, Richard Bland, Francis Eppes, Theophilus Field, Anthony Peniston, Samuel Govan, and Alexander Bolling to serve as justices at a court of Oyer and Terminer in Prince George County, Virginia to try Arthur, the slave of John Edwards, for a felony.
