Biographical/Historical Information

The Daily Progress produced a series of biographical sketches of Charlottesville community members called "Charlottesville Personalities" beginning in 1936. The series ran until April 15, 1938.

Scope and Content

This is a collection of the "Charlottesville Personalities" newspaper clippings published by the Daily Progress.

Arrangement

The clippings are housed in a red folder and are in alphabetical order. A chronological and alphabetical index of persons is included.
