This is a collection of plats of property owned by Richard Anderson in Charlottesville, Virginia. Plat 1 shows the property between University Avenue and the railroad tracks. Plat 2 shows nineteen properties between Page Street and West Street, including Anderson Street, Back Street, and White's Avenue, which is now 8th Street.
