[Description and date of item], [Box/folder number], "Lorraine Momen -- A Victim, not a Criminal " Pamphlet, A&M 4541, West Virginia and Regional History Center, West Virginia University Libraries, Morgantown, West Virginia.
Gift from Allan N. Karlin, 2022.
Lorraine Momen was charged with first degree murder of her husband, Wayman. This pamphlet was created in response, arguing that she had killed Wayman Momen in self-defense. This pamphlet was printed by a group of Morgantown residents who voiced concerns about the charge against Lorraine Momen and the impact of domestic violence against women on a national scale.
