Scope and Content Information
This collection contains one letter, ALS, 2p. on 1 l., dated December 17, 1882 from Joaquin Miller, Brooklyn, to the Rev. Dr. Talmadge. Refers to Talmadge's summons to testify in the case of Corners, [Futures?], and Company, and urges him to help crush them. He also expresses disgust at the behavior of Dr. [Berthus?] and offers his own thinking on the subject (not present) which is "to be published simultaneously in six of the cities of the Union as I intend to batter down Wall Street".
